Walk completed 30/07/1990 with Richard. We started from the campsite at Wasdale Head and went up via Beck Head. Unfortunately it was a dull, cloudy and wet day with the summit shrouded in mist. We got no views at all from the top. The second photograph here was from the very steep descent that day just as we came out of the clouds. |
