It was a very wet, showery day interspersed with some bright sunshine. The weather forecast had been for 60 mph winds and from the Three Tarns upwards that's exactly what we got. It was extremely cold at the summit with the wind howling around us. My digital camera refused to work after the first few shots and I had to resort to using an old autofocus camera. The photographs were disappointing. |
